The ‘No Quibble Guarantee’
Does not apply to components which have become defective due to inadequate storage conditions, oil or grease contamination, or accidental damage. Components which have become defective directly due the obvious failure of other related components such as dual mass flywheel or concentric slave cylinder may not be returned under warranty unless those components were also supplied by Fleetway and fitted at the same time.
Fleetway Clutch Components are fully guaranteed for 20,000 miles or for 2 years whichever is the sooner.
Provided that the clutch components have been installed correctly, they are also protected by our ‘No Quibble Guarantee’ for the same period. The Fleetway ‘No Quibble Guarantee’ ensures that in the event of a component failure, provided that the component failure is within the terms of our guarantee, we will issue the customer a replacement component free of charge, or refund or credit the component at cost value.
Refunds and credits or replacement goods issued free of charge
…under the ‘No Quibble Guarantee’ scheme, is done so in full and final settlement of the claim. Under no circumstances will a labour claim be accepted after the issue of a ‘No Quibble’ refund, credit, or replacement.
In the event of a claim for labour costs, the claim must be made when the clutch is initially returned under warranty. Labour costs are only paid if in our opinion the clutch is found to have failed due to being defective because of faulty materials or workmanship. If the failure is not due to faulty materials or workmanship, the claim will be rejected, and a report issued. If required, the rejected warranty clutch will be returned to the customer at their cost. Rejected claims may not subsequently be returned for credit under the ‘No Quibble Guarantee.’ Labour claims are paid according to recognised fitting times strictly at labour cost rate only.
This guarantee does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
